Since its official launch in early 2025, MOSAIC has laid a strong foundation for long-term impact by building alignment, trust, and strategy among leading AAPI organizations across California. We aim to move nimbly and deploy proven and innovative strategies to build lasting community power. 

• Convened core organizations representing AAPI communities statewide, combining expertise in direct services, advocacy, research, and organizing
• Completed a statewide strategic assessment identifying infrastructure gaps, policy opportunities, and priority issues
• Drafted a rapid-response coordination model for unified crisis interventions—such as hate incidents or harmful policy proposals
• Compiled narrative frameworks that counter anti-AAPI and anti-immigrant rhetoric that can be integrated into campaigns and communications
• Organized strategy, training, and capacity-building sessions on housing justice, budget advocacy, language access, and hate response

Initiated collaborations with multiracial coalitions and networks, embedding AAPI issues in broader statewide movement efforts
